ఎవరైతే, ఆ వ్యక్తి యొక్క అనుమతి లేకుండా ఏ వ్యక్తి అయినా స్వాధీనం చేసుకోలేని ఏదైనా ఆస్తిని నిజాయితీగా తీసుకోకూడదనుకుంటే, ఆ ఆస్తిని అటువంటి తీసుకోవటానికి తరలిస్తే, దొంగతనం జరుగుతుంది.
وكل من ينوي أخذ ملكية غير منقولة لأي ملكية منقولة من حيازة أي شخص دون موافقة ذلك الشخص ، ينقل تلك الممتلكات من أجل القيام بذلك ، ويقال إنه ارتكب عملية سرقة. تفسير
